Nickel Metal Hydride Rechargeable AA Batteries, Headset and Collar Mic are warranted against failure for a period of 90 days from the purchase as indicated by the Customer's receipt. Warranty does not cover damage to or failure of the unit components caused by moisture, heat, shock, misuse, abuse, poor maintenance, charging battery improperly, unusual wear and tear, or tampering.
