• No, our system is designed to process online orders first, they will take precedence in shipping. You can also enter information faster online than we can take it over the phone. Phone orders may incure a $2.00 phone fee.

Shipping rates, methods, and regions vary by product type, and are indicated in the ordering information on your shop cart.

Shipping Policies: Dudley Medical ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U. S. States, plus Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U. S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our ship area will - unfortunately - be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

•  Delivery within 7 to 10 business days

•  We try to ship within 3 - 5 working days. However, there are times when some products are on back order. Some items are custom made and required time. These delays are kept to a minimum as best as possible. When this happens, please be patient with us. We are doing our best to ensure you quality service.

•  Signature required for orders with a value of $200 or above.

• Rush orders will incur a fee.

•  Service is Monday through Friday (We are closed on Wednesday)

• Our preferred carrier is USPS for Hearing Aid and Cochlear Implant Battery orders. 

•  P O Box address accepted for Hearing Aid and Cochlear Implant Batteries.
  

• All other shipments are shipped through Airborne Express, Federal Express, or UPS Ground and will require a physical address for shipping. (No P O Box address)
